Headteacher’s Welcome

The Tiffin Girls’ School is an inclusive community, with a wonderful culture and ethos. Both staff and students embody our school motto, ‘sapere aude – dare to be wise.’

The vibrancy, curiosity and creativity of our vision are reflected not just in the students’ approach to learning, but in the vast array of opportunities and activities our students engage in, seek out and create. The curricular and extra-curricular offer in our school enables students to take on leadership responsibilities, grow in confidence and challenge themselves. It also enhances the deep sense of belonging that exists between our students and across the whole school community. Students here flourish, feel empowered and build lifelong friendships in a special, unique and safe learning environment.

Beyond the students’ powerful, collective identity as Tiffin girls, we see and support each student as a unique individual, ensuring that when they leave the school it is with the personal and interpersonal skills, resilience and academic qualifications to enable them to navigate their next steps with confidence.
