Tiffin Old Girl makes history!

Adriana Brownlee (Class of 2019) has made history as the youngest woman in the world to scale all 14 of the world’s highest peaks, each standing over 8,000 metres.

We congratulate Adriana on her historic achievement of becoming the youngest woman in the world to scale all 14 of the world’s highest peaks, each standing over 8,000 metres. Adriana and her team reached the 8,027m summit of Shishapangma in Tibet on 9 October 2024, completing this extraordinary feat.

At just 23 years old, Adriana is only the second British climber and one of just 64 people globally to have achieved this incredible milestone and we salute her perseverance courage, and trailblazing spirit. Congratulations, Adriana!

Adriana is an English mountaineer, certified paragliding pilot, and adventure athlete.
